| Victor Mukasa (Uganda) was in New York City for an ILGHRC retreat. In an email to Steve Parelli he had told him that the one site he especially wanted to see while in New York was The Stonewall Inn. On his (VIctor's) last day in New York City, Emmanuel Kamau, Kenyan, and Davis Mac-Iyalla, Nigerian, who had both arrived only hours earlier, and were staying with Steve and Jose, joined Victorfor the day. Steve and Jose served as their guide. |
